Move iovec struct from trusty_ipc.h to sys/uio.h As part of the move, prefix the field names with iov_ and eliminate the iovec_t typedef. This better matches existing standards. Bug: 110161494 Change-Id: I5e3920e29597b5db8944da4cb14a3fa86fe5067a
