Update git submodules

* Update frameworks/support from branch 'androidx-master-dev'
  to 63a97985b660b53a006cce214d09c4f4735a2a8f
  - Merge "Refactor the composition tests" into androidx-master-dev
  - Refactor the composition tests
    
    Refactored the composition tests to use the recomposer
    instead of a fake recomposer from days gone by. This
    tests composition more closely to how it will be used
    in real applications.
