If device is allocated cache the device descriptor We shouldn't over-query the device while it's allocated. It's not really necessary anyway since the cluster will not do too much on an allocated device. Test: unit tests Bug: 148571233 Change-Id: Ie5ca54f3f9aee4f20fbe80e99f15f89ac2615e0f
TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
