Merge "release-request-8a6a1d17-d673-453b-8612-ea961499cd38-for-aosp-oreo-cts-release-4341710 snap-temp-L24800000103383547" into oreo-cts-release
TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
