Improve the error message of local virtual devices When acloud fails, the thrown exception contains the messages reported by acloud. Test: unit tests; integration test with Android Test Station Bug: 175852598 Change-Id: Iac7fa183249b699e42c92c351fd06116231d58e0
TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
