Increase subprocess wait timeout to 30 min. We need to wait longer since xTS sometimes takes long time to stop. Also don't call stopInvocation multiple times for canceled invocations. Bug: 176139942 Test: unit test Change-Id: Ic58422e37be671b0e877ae01f2e9c77a208696d2
TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
