allows EmailResultReporter to send mails with HTML subclass of EmailResultReporter can override generateEmailBody() to return html, and call setHtml() before the function returns to signal the mailer that a 'Content-Type' field should be added Change-Id: I17c692eb1067e5a40813f6fb7033c77219353dad
