In the ACTS UicdCli library, allow param 'uicd_zip' to accept lists. In automation, 'uicd_zip' stores the path to the UIConductor zip file as an 1-element list. However, UicdCli currently only accepts string, forcing users to manually retrieve the path from the list. Bug: None Test: None Change-Id: I2bd4f5ee910bab10633a2f543dcaa9f9aa77c2ac
