Change the default sl4a RPC call from 1 to 3. Add exception logging traceback. Set timeout for eventWait, leave enough time for the eventWait and RPC connection. Test: run ACTS test Bug: 74205673 Change-Id: Ic328c16ccc6b894d8886b84401df1278f334ef9d
