Fix remote testbed setup for Android devices
This CL has below changes:
- For each remote Android device, create independent ssh tunnel
for adb to manipulate it. This will prevent other devices cannot
be controlled by adb when one device closing the ssh tunnel if
they share the same ssh tunnel.
- Fix the issue that the local host's port doesn't be handled
properly.
