Subject: [PATCH] Disable iossim build to fix linker errors.

When attempting to build the address sanitizer for the iOS simulator,
we run into an architecture mismatch between dependent shared
libraries, such as libc++.dylib.

Disabling the iOS simulator build fixes the issue.
