Fix system monitor memory calculation bug

Memory info are in type long, which means available_mem/total_mem always
yielded 0, which means SystemMonitor believes the mem usage is at 100%
all the time. Casted a long value to double to fix the issue.

Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run

git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~

Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
