mm-video-v4l2: vdec: Avoid resetting extra data variables

When component move from Idle to Loaded, driver context extra data
variables are reset to zero. Since extra data buffer size is zero,
extra data buffers are not allocating when component moves back
from Loaded to Idle. Due to this, FTB's are failing as driver
expecting extra data buffers.
Do not reset extradata_info, to make sure extra data buffers populated
when component moved  back from Loaded to Idle for same session.
