    <h4>1. Get the Google Play services SDK</h4>
    <p>The GCM Extension APIs are part of the Google Play services platform. To use the APIs, <a href="{@docRoot}google/play-services/setup.html">set up
      the Google Play services SDK</a>.

    <h4>3. Set up GCM in your app</h4>
