In :mod:`sqlite3`, ``SQLITE_MISUSE`` result codes are now mapped to
:exc:`~sqlite3.InterfaceError` instead of :exc:`~sqlite3.ProgrammingError`.
Also, more accurate exceptions are raised when binding parameters fail.
