perfetto-ui: Fix selection of slice after thread

The lastSelectedKind still needs to be set even though it is not used
for thread state, because otherwise clicking slice, thread state,
slice would not trigger publishing of the slice details the second time.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
