Update NotoColorEmoji font to Unicode 7 and 8

This font adds or updates approximately 250 glyphs to bring the
color emoji support up to Unicode 8, and fix issues with some of the
existing glyphs. In addition, diverse family ZWJ sequences are
supported.

Unicorns and tacos for all!
