Ray tracing build tests

Run ray tracing tests by building accelaration structures:
 * on GPU and CPU
 * on GPU and CPU using host threading
and comparing build results.

Add tests:
 * dEQP-VK.ray_tracing.build.gpu_cpu.*
 * dEQP-VK.ray_tracing.build.gpu_cpuht.*
