Done break between 'operator' and '<<'.

Before:
ostream &operator
    <<(ostream &out, some::ns::SomeReallyLongType WithSomeReallyLongValue);

After:
ostream &operator<<(ostream &out,
                    some::ns::SomeReallyLongType WithSomeReallyLongValue);
