If&nbsp;the&nbsp;latency&nbsp;starts&nbsp;with&nbsp;a<br>
LATENCY_BEGIN_SCROLL_UPDATE_MAIN_COMPONENT&nbsp;component,&nbsp;then&nbsp;it&nbsp;is<br>
