Fix for uirendering.cts.testclasses.WideColorGamutTests#testCanvasDrawColorLong

Increase the test threshold to accodomodate floating point precision conversion
differences between old ARM Bifrost GPU(like Mali G-76) and ARM Valhall
GPU(the latest architecture).
