crosshatch: update doze binned brightness levels
C1 DVT panels have updated brightness curves such that:
- Low brightness (10 nits) maps to 7
- High brightness (50 nits) maps to 34
In order to support darker setting used scrim opacity to reduce pixel
intensity.
