     <P>The PGP signatures can be verified using PGP or GPG. First
        download the <A href="http://www.apache.org/dist/xerces/c/KEYS">Xerces-C++ KEYS</A>
        as well as the <CODE><FONT face="courier, monospaced">.asc</FONT></CODE> signature file for the particular
