Update NotoColorEmoji.ttf with single-parent families, more professions.
Also:
- updates a number of the skin tone variants to reduce unwanted
differences
- adds some more professions, with gender variants
- aligns default (non-gender-specific) emoji with one or the other of
the two gender-specific variants, where they exist.
