Pass NanumGothic fonts through the identity subsetter.

The fonts are passed through Noto's identity subsetter, which keeps the same
functionality, but compresses tables. Most importantly, the post table is
converted to version 3.0, which saves a lot of space by removing glyph
names.

The build footprint of the non-extended font profile is reduced by 140KB.
