Update git submodules

* Update system/keymaster from branch 'master'
  to 82ac34109e10967f2da900f7e8bb8f10b0ac8b74
  - Fix/suppress system/keymaster google-explicit-constructor warnings
    
    * Add explicit to conversion constructors/operators
    * Use NOLINT or NOLINTNEXTLINE to suppress warnings on intended converters
