Update git submodules
* Update external/lk from branch 'master'
to 03e5d328f7e04e66eedddb5d5eb38317918ea7cc
- [arch][arm64][mmu] Validate paddr
The top bits in the pte are used for attributes. If the address passed
in is too large a truncated address would be mapped with extra attribute
bits set.
