Remove GCC/binutils prebuilts We no longer need the GCC and binutils prebuilts for Trusty - all code builds with clang and we use the LLVM version of the utilities. Removes the pinned binutils repos from Trusty. Bug: 204914889 Test: build.py Change-Id: I0ce9f9b6b05fcf48e2804e9a6516794fc6b4cf82
