Restructure Trusty source tree
In order to simplify integration with android tree and better
separation of Trusty components based on functionality
and license constrains the following projects within source
tree will be remapped as
device/xxx => trusty/device/xxx
lk/trusty => trusty/kernel
all other lk/xxx => trusty/hardware/xxx
app/xxx => trusty/user/app/xxx
lib => trusty/user/base
vendor/xxx => trusty/vendor/xxx
