arch: arm64: Add bootmode with memsize in dtb Add optional boot mode where x0 contains a pointer to device tree instead of the memsize. Set the ARM64_BOOT_PROTOCOL make variable to X0_DTB if x0 contains a pointer to a device tree. Bug: 297275002 Change-Id: I0b3de557e959dea30838f1a546d24e7633678220
