make: Fix Rust in kernel build issues Fixes a build issue where multiple crates cannot be integrated because MODULE_RUST_STEM was not reset between modules. Also fixes a small build dependency issue where the Rust wrapper source was depending on the wrong filename containing crate stems. Test: build.py Bug: 304850822 Change-Id: I9ce00706e3524cf40d3dc06deec3347913b4c575

See https://github.com/littlekernel/lk/wiki for documentation.
This will get you a interactive prompt into LK which is running in qemu arm machine ‘virt’ emulation. type ‘help’ for commands.
note 1: for ubuntu: sudo apt-get install gcc-arm-none-eabi or fetch a prebuilt toolchain from http://newos.org/toolchains/arm-eabi-5.3.0-Linux-x86_64.tar.xz
