vmm: Track vmm_obj offset/size with vmm_obj_slice Previously, we did not track the offset at which a vmm_obj was mapped. In adding the offset field, I also add the vmm_obj_slice type used to track a particular subrange of a vmm_obj to be used both to track the offset and for follow-up APIs. This will get you a interactive prompt into LK which is running in qemu arm machine ‘virt’ emulation. type ‘help’ for commands.
note 1: for ubuntu: sudo apt-get install gcc-arm-none-eabi or fetch a prebuilt toolchain from http://newos.org/toolchains/arm-eabi-5.3.0-Linux-x86_64.tar.xz
