ql-tipc: Refine trusty device Trusty device implementation contains SMC implementation and utilities, separate trusty_dev.c into SMC implementation and common utilites parts. Common utilites reside in trusty_dev_common.c, they are shared by different architecture. SMC implementation resides in trusty_dev.c, its architecture specified.
