[project][imx6ul] Update for imx target changes Choice of debug UART should be on target level as this is what target is for. All definitions for MEMBASE, MEMSIZE and KERNEL_BASE are the same. Move them to platform and make them default. Change-Id: I20bf4d4fbecdb951113fe837fa6cd00f2cd0cab2
