[project][qemu] Add virtio PCI device support for virtual rpmb Virtual rpmb device is provided as virtio PCI device to the QEMU emulator instead of virtio MMIO device. Bus, device and function ID of virtual rpmb device would be assigned by QEMU automatically. Bug: 119111590 Change-Id: I292b39bdff0febdfd93656f20a2825dadc1bef53
