[project][qemu] Switch to new RPMB provisioning scheme
In the new scheme, storage server derives rpmb key from a random
sequence stored in the rpmb partition itself, and that the storage
server supports auto provisioning.
Delete the "--key" argument for mock RPMB device initialization
such that the device will be provisioned by storage server.
Add the flag "WITH_HKDF_RPMB_KEY" to indicate we will get the
key derivation data according to the new provisioning scheme.
