DO NOT MERGE: Add PGO profiles for hwbinder To enable PGO for hwbinder, hwbinder.profdata is collected using instrumented build of libhwbinder.so, and running test of libhwbinder_benchmark. Bug: http://b/77597460 Test: Built libhwbinder with PGO and ran test successfully. Change-Id: I3e46877bc0867fbdd64e76841254c0ef207b0310
