Update git submodules
* Update frameworks/support from branch 'androidx-master-dev'
to 35d12488f28c1d3fbfaa8e75f3be13f4c7b5f0b7
- Merge "Remove asArray from XType" into androidx-master-dev
- Remove asArray from XType
Instead, callers should call `isArray` which has the contract to
cast it to XArray automatically.
