Dump config descriptor extensions
Rather than discarding extensions / custom fields, store them, so we
can include them in the verbose output.
This is useful for e.g. Microdroid DICE chains, which include custom
fields for the payload.
While I'm here, make the format for multi-line fields less
ambiguous. (It has repeatedly confused me, even though I made it this
way.)
