Add initial support for parsing CSRs to hwtrust The tool can now parse a CSR (both "bare" and "factory") and extract the device info. Future additions will include more complete parsing and validation. Test: libhwtrust_tests Bug: 280620556 Change-Id: I21dea4ed6e373232fe74ffd9342c13bf94011113
