AIDEGen: skip message needs to be cleaned up
"$ANDROID_HOST_OUT/bin/" should be removed.

2. $ANDROID_HOST_OUT/bin/aidegen DocumentsUI -s
show message:
INFO: If you are sure the related modules and dependencies have been already built, please try to use command aidegen DocumentsUI -s to skip the building process.
