Show full build output by default

Atest gives users the impression that actions are taking longer than
they really are. For example, Atest would display 'regenerate globs
shard ...' when in fact the action had finished with Soong processing
some other longer action.

This happens because Atest pipes and displays the last line of Soong
output. Piping forces Soong to switch to 'dumb terminal mode' which only
prints actions once complete.

This change switches the default to no longer pipe Soong's output. This
ensures Soong uses 'smart' output mode which displays the current
executing action.

This change also introduces a new flag that allows users to suppress
verbose build message and only print the corresponding log file path.
