Add go/a-update link/banner to adevice Adding a banner at the end of adevice runs to get the word out about the new a-update local workflow tool. Test: a update #check for banner at end of run. Bug: 380588162 Change-Id: Iafd704b0276fc55ff848094e4f03678373d9c12c
