Switch off verbose ProtoResultReporter logging Setting ProtoResultReporter to verbose logging is clogging the host log and making it hard to parse (and also causing it to be cut off). This was useful for debugging before but is no longer needed, so switch it off. Test: atest bazel-test-runner-tests Bug: 262916831 Change-Id: I0b8401ab09fa5853fd08b365a673388abe1fc3c6
