AIDEGen: Create an empty workspace in Eclipse for AIDEGen project.
Ask users for agreement to create the workspace
~/Documents/AIDEGen_Eclipse_workspace, and with the approvement, AIDEGen
will load it as the default workspace when Eclipse launched.
AIDEGen will not load any workspace when users do not agree to set the
default workspace. Users can choose the workspace after Eclipse
launched.

Test: 1. m aidegen
2. aidegen-dev tradefed -i e
3. Choose y after the query to create the workspace.
4. Confirm the folder ~/Documents/AIDEGen_Eclipse_workspace exists
and Eclipse launched successfully.
