Specify the command verification tests to run atest command with -it

Because we are only testing the runner command, we don't need any build step. Passing -it will tell atest that we don't need build, and will help atest running unnecessary make commands to rebuild module info.

This reduces the integration test build speed by 15 minutes (50% faster) in the CI build machines.
