AIDEGen: need a generic way to tell if intelliJ is installed.
Bug: 117631326
Test: 1. aidegen tradefed -p /opt/
2. If users installed a IntelliJ in /opt/, we search and launch it.
3. If users do not install a IntelliJ in /opt/, show message:
"Can not find IDE in path: /opt/, please add it to your $PATH
or provide the exact executable IDE script path by "aidegen -p" command."
