Make gcda_parser and gcno_parser work offline. Usage: python -m vts.utils.coverage.gcno_parser -f [gcno file name] python -m vts.utils.coverage.gcda_parser [gcno file name] [gcda file name] Test: run script manually. Change-Id: Iedaea2c26530de0d9a63e2787a623330bd9ad1a8
