Do not check VNDK from Fastboot test As of VNDK deprecation, fastboot will no longer have vndk-version property. As there is no good rule to decide if vndk-version should be checked, and also vndk-version property is not used from internal, the test can be removed. This change removes testVndkVersion from FastbootGetvarUserspaceTest. Bug: 320853029 Test: Test passed from Husky Change-Id: If6b53a563818d91bf25e7d9174b160e904628b45
