Change performance output format to JSON. Specify --benchmark_format=json to make benchmark program output in JSON format. Test: vts-tradefed run commandAndExit vts -m BinderPerformanceTest Bug: 38283802 Change-Id: I76e66bd33182a1608a0178926c44f6f508b62a1c
